Just received your Stand Up Str8 Calf/Chest Stretcher? We'll get you ready to use it in no time!
Directions for use:
Insert the single end of the Chest/Calf Stretcher either over the top of, or in between, the opening of the door where the door is attached to the door jam. The attachment should be shoulder height or higher. Close the door to secure. Slide each loop up your arm until it feels like you’ve put on a backpack.

Hold the device in place and take a step or two forward until the device is taught. Put your hands on your hips. Maintain pressure on the device and step back with one leg then gently lean forward. You should feel a stretching sensation in the chest area.
To achieve a more intense stretch step back further with both feet.
Directions For Calf Stretch
Attach to the door and put the device on as stated above. Step back with both feet and drop both heels to the floor. Keep feet pointing forward. Wear shoes or go barefoot to avoid slipping.
Additional Stretches
Keeping the device taught and dropping your head forward will stretch the back of your neck. While in this position turn your chin from side to side to stretch each side of your neck.
Hold each stretch for :30-1:00
