Stand Up Str8 was created to help people find lasting relief from neck, shoulder, and upper-back pain — the kind of discomfort that quietly steals energy, focus, and quality of life.

Founded and led by a certified exercise physiologist, our approach doesn’t rely on gimmicks or quick fixes. Instead, we focus on identifying the root cause of pain and correcting it through a proven six-step strategy that restores balance and movement to the body:

  1. Testing – We begin by evaluating how your body moves to uncover tight, weak, or overworked muscles that contribute to pain.

  2. Release – Targeted techniques help relieve tension in problem areas, reducing stress on joints and nerves.

  3. Stretch – Specific stretches lengthen restricted muscles to restore normal range of motion.

  4. Activation – Key stabilizing muscles are retrained to “turn back on,” improving control and alignment.

  5. Strength – We build durability and support by strengthening the muscles that keep you pain-free.

  6. Function – Finally, we integrate everything into real-life movement so your body performs efficiently and naturally again.

This step-by-step method, combined with our proprietary tools, helps transition you from pain-related poor posture to a body that stands tall and moves freely — not by forcing better posture, but by earning it through balanced strength and mobility.
