Directions for use:
The directions for use are simple. Before using the Stand Up Str8 find the range of motion by standing tall and squeezing your shoulder blades together and down. Hold for five seconds. Do it several times until you feel the muscles between and below your shoulder blades contracting.
Use the Stand Up Str8 by sliding each nylon loop up your arm until it reaches your armpit. Make sure the buckles face outward. The elastic loop should be resting just above chest height.
Use the buckles to adjust the tension so the upper arms are in line with the side of your body. Bend your elbows.
Stand tall then squeeze your shoulder blades together and down and hold for five seconds then release. This is one repetition (rep). Make sure that you breathe.
Relax and repeat by squeezing your shoulder blades together and down.
Perform exercise for five reps every other day for the first week adding 2-3 reps each week until the exercise can be performed for twelve reps.
Add 2 seconds onto each rep but perform only 9 reps adding 1-2 reps each week until the exercise can be performed for 12 reps.
Add 3 seconds onto each rep but perform only 9 reps adding 1 rep each week until the exercise can be performed for 12 reps (2 minutes).
